"Great for families - very comfortable"

Perfect for a large family. Air conditioning and TV provided welcome relief from the heat. Gianni was very helpful and welcoming. Great location too

the apartment is in a great location, walking distance to the port, restaurants. and supermarket. City center is also 10 min walk. The apartment is modern , super clean and comfortable. Gianni is an excellent host . I would highly recommend The Promenade Apt.

Fantastic host, and delivered everything as promised. Additionally, the host was very accommodating to our needs. The apartment is large, modern conveniences, very clean, and accessible to the entire city. I will stay here again.

The location is perfect - waking distance from the pedestrian area. The appartment is spacious and comfortable. Gianni is a perfect host - very helpful. I recommend the appartment for stay in La Spezia and visit Cinque Terre, Portofino.

"A fantastic apartment for large groups!"

We chose this apartment because it was big enough for our three families. We were very comfortable! the location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere and when we decided to bus to the train station instead of walking the bus was easy to find. Gianni was an excellent host who kept in touch with us in WhatsApp throughout our stay. We are very happy guests
