Rien ne ressemblait à la description. C'est la 1er fois que nous avons été traité de cette façon, aucune aide et aucun service, suite au manque d'électricité lors de notre préparation de notre repas. Dans le noir totale dans un lieu que nous ne connaissons pas, la sécurité et l'empathie de cette établissement est très cavalière et non professionnelle. Nous ne recommenderons jamais cet établissement à quiconque. Nous attendons d'être remboursé car nous n'avons pas passé deux nuits à cette endroit.

Perfect location, clean apartmant close to the lake, the train station and the city center.

My reservation was for two nights, and I had clearly requested and received confirmation for late check-in. However, upon arrival on 19.09.2025, the key was not available in the designated box as agreed. This situation left me and my 5-year-old child stranded late at night without access to the accommodation we had paid for. I repeatedly attempted to contact via WhatsApp, by phone, and through Booking.com messages, but received no response. Without support, I was forced to seek help from strangers, charging my phone in a bar with a child just to be able to call the host, and then walk from hotel to hotel in the middle of the night with my child and luggage until I finally secured a room at 2AM. The only available hotel cost me €355 for one night, which was significantly higher than the total cost of my booking. While they refunded approximately €124 for the first night, this does not cover the extra costs, time, and stress caused by their failure to provide access to the apartment. This experience was not only financially damaging but also extremely distressing, particularly as it occurred on my birthday. I was left without accommodation, in the street at night, with a small child, entirely due to their negligence in preparing the apartment for my confirmed late check-in. Sincerely, Aytaj Huseynzade

Tolle Lage und günstiger Preis

Das Fenster geht zu einem kleinen Innenhof ohne Licht. Wenn man es aufmacht kommt die Abluft der darunter liegenden Gastronomie ins Zimmer. Es ist zu empfehlen, wenn man sich nur zum Schlafen in der Unterkunft aufhält.

Nice location and very easy location with the hosts. Lake Como is more than gorgeous itself so my only recommendation is to go there and see it for yourself👌

Central location with plenty of restaurants, shops and activities nearby. Clean well equipped apartment and view from rooftop was beautiful.
