Lage war super und Wohnung an sich völlig ok

Die ausklappbare Couch war in den Ritzen sehr schmutzig. Die tolle Dachterrasse war leider nicht zu benutzen: Der Tisch war kaputt, die Stühle hart und bei dem heissen Wetter nicht mal ein Schirm für ein bisschen Schatten. Schade😔 Da könnte man mal 200€ investieren und die Dachterrasse nutzbar machen. Ich hatte mich darauf eigentlich sehr gefreut.

Everything in the room placed too high for us little people! Quite a lot of dust around! Roof terrace below standard with rickety table and chairs. Spiral staircase to terrace didn't feel safe!

The apartment was very central and 10 min walk from the train station.

The location was one of the best I've ever been on Lace Como. There's a beautiful terrace over the room, overlooking the main square of the Historic Center and you can actually see the lake and Como at its finest. The apt was equipped with the basic amenities and it was super cleaned.

The room was very small. with just one small balcony door. When you opened that, it was just overlooking inside into an enclosed space/clearing? with more room windows/balconies around which was uncomfortable to open as it was so close to each other and I had to keep it closed at all times. I would not recommend it to someone with claustrophobic tendencies. The bed was a sofa bed and it occupied most of the space.

Gaia’s home is very well located and Michele, the host, has helped us with good recommendations and was flexible for the check out. We really appreciated the stay overall.
