The location was good and located on the water was a plus. It was a good value for the money. When the power went out in the apartment the property manages were swift in providing us on directions to fix the issue.

This apartment is not for any one that has difficulty climbing the stairs. The bed is located in a loft and requires climbing stairs with the bathroom located on the first floor of the apartment. Most concerning was on the Bookings site the unit was listed as a no refund once booked. However, a few day in advance of our arrival, I was contacted by the property manager through a text message ( not the Bookings App ) asking if I had a WhatsApp account to continue our communications. The property manager then requested that I cancel our reservation with Bookings and pay her directly in cash with “praying hands emoji” in her text message. I said no. She persisted, including upon the day of arrival saying she would provide me a discount of 50 euros, if I could pay by cash or check, and sending me a picture of her computer screen with my bookings account on the screen. I again said no. She then instructed me that I would need to pay my occupancy tax in cash to the maid once we arrived at the unit. I did so in exact amount of euro. I am unsure if this is legit or some type of scam. But just beware!

Der Abfluss der Dusche ist mehr oder weniger verstopft sodass das Duschwasser nur sehr langsam abläuft und man somit Gefahr läuft nach kurzer Zeit das gesamte Bad unter Wasser zu setzen bzw. man steht nach wenigen Minuten in seiner eigenen Brühe. Wir haben die Vermieterin darüber informiert aber passiert ist während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nichts. Außerdem ist die Decke im Bad sehr tief sodass man nicht ordentlich duschen kann wenn man größer als 1,80 Meter ist. Des Weiteren hat man uns für 2 Erwachsene und 4 Übernachtungen nur 2 Handtücher und 2 Badetücher und nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier zu Verfügung gestellt sodass wir hier genötigt waren selbst Toilettenpapier nachzukaufen. Der Kühlschrank ist völlig vereist und wie die gesamte Küche ungepflegt. Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist sehr schmal und steil und ist gerade nachts wenn man ins Bad muss nicht ungefährlich. Die Möbel und das ganze Interieur sind alt, abgewohnt und an sich auch völlig lieblos zusammengestellt. Der kleine Balkon ist sehr sehr klein und kann daher nur eingeschränkt genossen werden. Wir haben uns einfach nicht wohlgefühlt sodass wir auch notgedrungen früher als geplant abgereist sind. Die Situation gerade im Bad war einfach nicht länger hinnehmbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

The property is perfectly located in an extremely walkable city. The parking spot was secure and a good size for our needs. The view was stunning and the room itself was breathtaking. It was perfect for our little family and we will absolutely return.

Lovely apartment, right on the river and a short walk to the city center and all the touristy bits. Parking was available for 10 euros per day which was useful as free parking is hard to find in Verona. The host was friendly and helpful and communication was good.

Room was cold and thermostat showed a maximum 19 degrees during our stay. Only one nespresso pod was left for us which felt a bit stingy for a 2 person, 2 day stay.

The location is top, the room is nice with all what you need. The host is also nice 😊

The heat did not worked, there was 18^ in the room in December. If it wasn’t this issue, everything it was perfect.
