Logement idéalement situé à 10 mn à pied du centre historique , spacieux , très bien équipé, avec ascenseur pour les étages supérieurs , petit extérieur agréable, rangements , tout était conforme à nos attentes

Directly on the main shopping street in Bologna, with easy and quick access to the major sites. Because it is a room in the back, it is quiet. An adorable small balcony attached gets afternoon sun.

4th floor walk up in super-dark hallways (or slow elevator, to be fair). Half the stove burners don’t work. Hot water in the shower doesn’t last long. Depressing bedroom. Not-smart TV. Walls banged up. If you’re used to nice hotels this will not be good for you.

Great central location. Apartment very quiet at the rear of the building. Beautiful views from a small balcony. Spacious with everything we needed.

A hint of cigarette smoke hangs on the air from adjoining properties. It is a no smoking property, perhaps a few air fresheners would help?

Everything was smooth about this apartment, handover communication was soft, and everything was clean and neat. well-written notes for the guest to follow. location was excellent for food, restaurants, and shopping. Also the host was flexible to allow us to stay late in the afternoon on the day of checkout for an additional 50 euros which helped us to stay until 4 hours before our flight.

There was AC in the living room where we had a sofa bed but no AC in the bedroom, instead the host provided a good fan. so AC in the bedroom would be a great improvement, especially in the summer months. however, there was good ventilation in the bedroom and we did not have issues with having a fan.

The staff was very supportive.
