Appartement très bien situé, à 5 minutes des rues commerçantes. Nombreux restaurants. Très calme. A proximité des nombreux sites de la côte est : Messine, Taormine, Syracuse, etc. Au sud de l'Etna, on peut monter au choix par 2 routes bien larges, ce qui réduit les problèmes de vertige.

Il faudrait rénover la salle de bains et améliorer son accessibilité. Des difficultés pour se garer dans le centre-ville. Des mentions anti-tourisme peintes sur des boutiques. Un jet d'œuf a été lancé sur notre voiture.

Appartamento carino in posizione centralissima.

Appartamento sporco. Abbiamo trovato macchie di dubbia provenienza sui cuscini, asciugamani sporchi, piatti nella credenza sporchi di olio e resti di cibo. Sporche anche le stoviglie e il bicchiere presente in bagno pieno di muffa. La proprietà praticamente assente e risponde ai messaggi dopo ore. Un vero peccato con un po’ di attenzione per la pulizia sarebbe stato eccellente.

Bardzo ładny i przestronny apartament z dwoma balkonami. Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Łatwe i bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie o każdej porze. Właścicielka bardzo uprzejma, daje wiele wskazówek przez WhatsApp. Blisko do głównego deptaku Via Etnea, prowadzącego do historycznego centrum. Bardzo blisko do fajnych knajpek i restauracji. Polecamy!

Tutto perfetto, pulito, accogliente ed in ottima posizione

Location was close to everything.

Had issue with the shower drainage being slow . Kitchen sink pipes started leaking the night before we left and I had to clean up the mess . Other than that the apartment was big and roomy . It’s nice but needs attention to some important details .

Posizione comoda e molto vicina alla via principale (Via Etnea). Appartamento spazioso e molto curato, pulito e confortevole.

Magari sarebbe utile fornire almeno un mazzo in più di chiavi in caso più ospiti per garantire una maggiore libertà degli stessi.

Sabbinirica House is a lovely place. We walked to it in a few minutes from our bus stop & the area felt safe with shops, restaurants & bars close by. The apartment itself was really clean & cosy with all you could need (including great air-conditioning). Vittoria was so kind giving us directions on how to arrive from the airport & the best way to our next Sicily destination. Vittoria also left us some welcome snacks & drinks in the apartment, which was a lovely treat.

Nothing it was perfect for our 2 nights in Catania.
