Sabbinirica House

The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of fish market and via Etnea. We had everything we needed within the short walk from the apartment. AC was working perfectly. The apartment is specious, bedrooms are very nice with the comfortable beds. I would love to stay here again if I were to visit Catania again.

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato i cuscini con delle macchie discutibili, il divano aveva una chiazza gialla, abbiamo avuto l’invasione di formiche e una macchia marrone sull’asciugamano

Ubicación y el buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. Camas cómodas.

The unit was close to historical landmarks. There was a wonderful park not far away and restaurants and bars in the proximity. Host was nice, helpful and responsive (much appreciated cold water&refreshments in the fridge when we arrived) and rooms were cozy and spacious.

The couch in the living room was terribly uncomfortable (to sleep on).

The property was exceptionally clean and had everything required - the kitchen was well stocked.

L'apartament semblava net i la ubicació era molt cèntrica.

Tot i això, la primera nit vam veure 3 cucarachas, li vam comunicar a la propietària i NO ENS VA CONTESTAR EL MISSATGE FINS EL DIA QUE VAM MARXAR DE L'APARTAMENT, QUAN ENS VA DIR QUE LA PRESÈNCIA DE CUCARACHAS ERA NORMAL PER LA CALOR. Vam estar 3 nits dormint amb paneroles a l'apartament sense rebre cap tipus d'explicació, molt indignant.

Good location in Catania and a spacious place.

The shower had a mouldy smell so may need to be properly cleaned. Also a lot of stairs to carry up suitcases.

Two balconies

We got only one key. If someone leaves with the key, no electricity.
