Overall, that was a nice flat, with a good location, nice beds, and a good bathroom. The host was polite and attentive. Some welcome snacks and coffee were okay, too. But...

That was incredibly noisy. I CAN'T recommend this place to anyone. Since our check-in on Monday morning, someone upstairs has been doing construction work, extremely loudly. It was irritating, especially when you want to sleep a few hours after the flight. That continued the whole day including silent hours. They just don't care. Ok, we got it. But that wasn't the end. The next day restaurant was placed on the first floor of the building (this apartment is on the second floor) and started at 10:30 by turning on their ventilation (because Monday is a non-working day for them). Have you ever heard how aerodynamic tubes sound? The same was here. Closed windows didn't help, nothing didn't help. And it works till 23 with a short pause between 15 and 17 for siesta time. Honestly, the restaurant is perfect. Incredibly tasty and cozy place, but not this time when you need to live upstairs. Do you think this is the end? No. In the inner yard, every day was doing construction work with hammers and saws. And as I said windows don't work. I even don't want to mention that guys from the restaurant dropped the litter somewhere after midnight with a lot of bottles in there that sounded like bells. The door in the building entrance sounds like a jail, so you will exactly know when your drunk neighbors upstairs come home. Moreover, you'll hear what they're speaking for. I think that's enough not to book this place ever. PS: Owners asked to pay the city tax of 2 euros per person per day, but they don't prove this payment. It seems like they take it like tips. Ok, I paid, but hope to be the last one who did it.

The apartment was large and impressive and communication with the owners was good. The location was also good with easy access to the historic centre. All very clean and some refreshments and nibbles were left for us. We were made to feel very welcome.

All was fine there wasn't anything we didn't like.

The first time I saw this apartment I was a little confused. No meeting whatsoever with the owners. But that didn’t bother me because they kept asking by messages if everything was okay. They even left something in the kitchen for us. The location of the apartment is right in the area where you want to be in Catania. On the day of departure, I left with the desire of returning there someday.

Very clean apartment that had everything we needed. It is in a great location and they kindly left us a welcome pack of pastries, milk, water and juice. The balconies were great and the air conditioning worked very well.

The bed in the smaller room wasn't the comfiest. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the bed frame was very creaky when you moved. We also struggled to get hot water most of the time when using tje shower.

Location was perfect and the hostess was very polite and helpful. The appartement was comfortable and well equiped. We really enjoyed our time in the appartement and Catania 👌🏻

The airconditioning in the main bedroom was not functioning properly

The apartment was very spacious, and well equipped for our stay. The apartment is in a great location. Staff were quick to support our visit.
