Pozitia fata de principalele obiective ale zonei.

Foarte gălăgioși vecinii,de 2 ori în cele 7 nopții au făcut gălăgie după orele 22.De câteva ori apa nu a avut presiune la baie si la toaleta.Zona este zgomotoasă.

Roomy with a high ceiling; thoughtfully laid out and with sufficient luminance in areas where light is especially appreciated. The accommodation meets a traveller's needs comfortably.

The metal frame of shelves where the small oven and kettle were placed was not fixed to the wall or to the floor, hence it became a health and safety issue. When one is holding something in one hand and pulling the oven door with the other hand and the oven moved forward, the situation was potentially hazardous, particularly with a kettle of hot or boiling water on the top shelf as well. Could the oven and the frame of shelves be made secure?

Il y a tout le confort et l'équipement nécessaire pour rester plusieurs jours. Il y a une petite cuisine et tout son équipement, une machine à laver.... Tres bon emplacement pour aller sur l'île d'ortigia. Tout se fait à pied.

camera ampia e lumoinosa come da foto, zona con diversi lidi (spiaggia libera e stablimento), balcone su cui asciugare il bucato che una volta setso la sera era asciutto a mattina dopo, vista bella e rilassante, piccolo angolo cottura, reperibilità del gestore in caso di necessità, beni di prima necessità in zona (minimarket, bar, tavola calda), doccia ampia

mancato isolamento acustico, faticosa e ripida la scala per arrivare con bagagli/pesi, il bagno con un pòdi cattivo odore

Città meravigliosa, appartamento a 2 passi da Ortigia, vicino da ogni servizio, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario x la durata del soggiorno, sicuramente da ritornare siamo stati benissimo.
