DiVino Mare rooms

Spacious room. Very clean. Fridge, washing machine, TV, air conditioner, induction stove, pan, pot, glasses, lunch utensils, kitchen towel, paper towel. Comfortable bed, good pillows, good towels... Balcony with the possibility to hang washed clothes. There is no noise from the street.

Only weak water pressure in the shower. But it is not tragic.

Everything was perfect, the location, the neighbourhood, the room itself. There is even a small kitchen where you can cook and an umbrella that you can take with you to the beach. It's good for a longer stay as well. The bed was comfortable.

There is nothing!

The property was in relatively close (15min walk) proximity to Ortigia and the main commercial precinct of Siracuse.

The keys were not in the lock box as indicated by the instructions. We had to wait 15 min in stifling heat for the property manager to meet us and allow entry to the property. As it turned out the property had not been cleaned from the previous tenants and so we had to leave our bags and return after a few hours to give them time to clean and replace bedding etc. Once we got access to the property the cleaner had forgotten to leave fresh towels. The internet connectivity was unreliable. The connection kept dropping out.

The apartment was very unique and decorated in a stylish and funky way. I liked the high ceiling which made the room feel very spacious. There was everything you need for a few nights stay, in the kitchen I especially liked the coffee pan and there was grounded coffee in a jar. There was also a nice table with chairs. The bathroom was nice and modern and the bed and pillows were great. Everything was clean (I have very high standards) and it wasn't too hot even though it was a heatwave outside. Location was okay.

Can't think of much. The kitchen wasn't very nice with all the metal equipment (not a real kitchen), but it doesn't matter for a short stay.

Good use of space

Self Check-In in walking distance to Ortigia, a lovely Pizzeria Medite and a little beach. Got everything we needed, little kitchen and TV with Netflix. We enjoyed the little gift/snack upon arrival. Good sleep due to good windows. Safe area. Thanks :)

This apartment was so good I wish I had a longer stay there - it had a really well kitted-out kitchenette, so much space and the bed was very comfortable. It even had a washing machine! It's only five minutes walk away from the beach and there are a number of restaurants within ten minutes.

There was a minor issue with the shower fitting but easily solved with a little ingenuity.
