Location close to the Wall and to the train station. Sunny. Comfortable bed, good bathroom.

I didn't realize that the apartment has no wifi connection. An oversight on my part, I admit.

Die Wohnung im 3. Stock bietet einen schönen Ausblick über die Dächer auf den belebten Stadtmauerweg. Sie ist für Bahnreisende gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomieangebote sind ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

I stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, and in a great spot to explore the city at an easy pace.

Prima plek om het Lucca Summerfestival te bezoeken. Wij verbleven hier 3 nachten. Vriendelijke eigenaar en alles netjes in orde en erop en eraan, inclusief airco.

Niets. Wij zaten bovenin het gebouw, wat betekent: meerdere trappen op. Voor ons een goede workout, maar niet geschikt wanneer je slecht ter been bent.

Location was excellent as close to everywhere including city walls that we loved walking on. Lots of stairs so would not suit people with poor mobility or massive suitcases. Liked the view and the way the casement windows opened for fresh air.

No iron was an inconvenience as had an event to attend and had to hunt shops for over an hour and buy one. No other concerns.

Nel bagno era presente un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 5 giorni e 4 notti di permanenza e inoltre non era presente il kit doccia. Abbiamo dovuto comprare gel doccia e shampoo. Condizionatore un po’ vecchiotto e abbastanza rumoroso, ma funzionante.

This apartment is an attic on the 5th floor with many stairs and a flat ceiling just below a concrete patio, so the heat of the day radiates from above. There was 1 toilet roll for 5 day stay, no shower soap, (we had to buy these items) basic hospitality should at least provide for guests. The air conditioner is about 40 years old and struggled to keep the room cool in the heat. We could not open the windows due to the afternoon heat, had to keep shutters and curtains closed which made the room oppressive. The mat on kitchen floor was dirty and soiled, there is no kettle so we had to make tea by boiling water in an old pan which left metallic taste. Facilities were basic at best, it appears there has been no love input into this rental, it seems it’s been put together with no thought for detail. We left 3 days early to find somewhere better and with WIFI (who doesn’t provide WiFi these days??)
