Sehr zentral gelegen, Schlüsselübergabe perfekt funktioniert. Bahnhof und Zentrum in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Le indicazioni ricevute dai proprietari per ritirare le chiavi sono chiare e precise. Alloggio in pieno centro, facile per girare comodamente a piedi ed essere vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche. All'interno dell'appartamento leggere sistemazioni da apportare come il bidet che non era possibile utilizzare.

Posizione e pulizia

The location of this apartment is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the main square/piazza. It's very safe to walk to the apartment, and there is a bus stop conveniently located in front of the building for those wishing to use public transport. The apartment itself is nice, with spacious rooms and a large kitchen that includes all the essentials. A bonus is the presence of a washing machine. The bed and bedding were comfortable as well.

However, we did encounter some issues. The shower drain was blocked, causing the base to fill up with water, and the bathroom vanity was leaking underneath, which made the entire bathroom wet. While these were minor inconveniences that didn't spoil our experience, there was one aspect that stood out as particularly unpleasant: the check-in process. To get the key for the apartment, you first have to go to one address to obtain a code that allows you to enter another building, where you retrieve the key. Then, you need to go to a second address to access the key for the unit itself. We found the instructions for this process to be confusing and difficult to follow. Additionally, if you take a taxi to get to the first address, you need to ask the driver to wait while you figure out and get the first key before heading to the second address. Trying to manage the codes while the taxi meter is running can be quite stressful! This complicated check-in procedure is the main reason I have not rated the property higher. A clearer explanation and a more straightforward key pickup arrangement would greatly enhance the experience for future travelers.
