Unusual layout, good location and lots of space

Nothing about property itself but in building we were approached by someone ( presumably) renting apartments upstairs who try to block us from entering the building, demanding showing booking details and being generally rude.

Emplacement parfait pour le festival lyrique à l'Arena

Le dossier du canapé de la pièce à vivre glisse et ne permet pas de s'asseoir sans glisser à notre tour il faudrait le remplacer, il est vraiment trop usé L'appartamento est biscornu, beaucoup de perte de place. Nous avons dû acheter huile et vinaigre, du café soluble et du thé, en général dans les Airbnb il y en a, ce n'était pas le cas ici, il y avait que du sel.

"Gutes, sauberes, geräumiges Appartement in perfekter Lage."

Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Nähe zu Parkhaus und Arena di Verona. Sauberkeit des Apartments. Küche komplett. Romeo und Julia Balkon im Schlafzimmer. Sehr geräumig und hohe Zimmerdecken. Viel Luft und gute Klimatisierung möglich.

Bügeleisen war von einer früheren Benutzung schwarz auf der Bügelfläche. Man sieht den Abdruck auf dem Bügelbrett. Weiße Bluse durch Bügeln schwarz geworden.

"Particolarità super"

La disposizione molto particolare con "terrazzini" interni all'appartamento con vista su camera e cucina, top. Pulizia e posizione.

Letto un pò scomodo, non c'erano strofinacci per asciugare bicchieri e stoviglie, il phon era attaccato al muro in bagno (poco pratico), l'areatore del bagno dovrebbe essere più potente ( non aspirava bene gli odori😔)
