Casa Zeni

The property was spacious,clean and beautifully restored. It was an absolute delight being there. The host Silvia made us feel very welcome, with her little fiat she took our luggage to the front door.

The property was amazing. We could not fault it.

Casa Zeni is a beautiful, well appointed property in the center of Cortona. We loved everything about the apartment, including all the special touches throughout. There is nothing you need that is not already provided. Top quality bedding, towels, glasses, dishes, etc. super clean! And super tranquil— no noise. What we loved most of all were the proprietors! Silvia and Cristiano, two amazing people who are so kind, warm, and generous. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

This is a beautiful property, perfect for what we needed, Cortona is a magical place, this property is the cherry on top, it has everything you could need. Thank you Casa Zeni for an unforgettable 7 days in beautiful Cortona where we had our wedding.

We loved everything.

Silvia was an excellent host, she recommended many interesting places to visit such as thermal pools, silver shop and wine tasting. The apartment itself was super charming and very well designed, combination of historical building with modern interieur renovation with plaster, wood and the mountains stones. The kitchen is super equiped and the bathroom is very charming. Very comfortable bed with nice room decoration and two TV's with Netflix and Amazon's prime. I highly recommend it and will come back to Casa Zeni in my next trip to Cortona!

We had such a wonderful week stay in the downstairs studio apartment. The moment we arrived we felt welcomed by our host. The apartment is centrally located within the historical section of town. It is near the main plaza but far enough away to assure peace & quiet at night. Our little patio at the entrance of our unit was a nice addition, especially drinking our morning coffee or enjoying an afternoon glass of wine. Our host took the care and consideration to assure that we had everything one may need in the kitchen to actually cook, including refilling our olive oil half way through our trip. The nearby bodega (La Bottega di Via Dardano) and produce market off the main plaza offered all the ingredients you may need to enjoy a meal at home. The laundry machine was an added bonus. Strong wifi connection. The unit also had functioning air conditioning, which offered a much needed respite from the July heat outside. The unit also offered all the must haves, including a comfortable bed and cleanliness.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Zeni! From the moment we met Silvia we felt like we had an instant friend in Cortona! The apartment alone is beautiful and full of cool old beams and beauty, but the extra service that Silvia provided was top notch and above and beyond! She made us dinner reservations both nights we were there, helped us secure a car rental super last minute and had it meet us in Cortona instead of having to go to rental facilities, and arranged a wine tasting for us in the countryside. She never hesitated to help and made our stay in this magical town even more magical! We love Cortona, we love our new found friend in Silvia, and we will be back as soon as we can! Wonderfully comfortable, stylish, amazing amenities, and close to via nazionale. Silvia also gave fantastic recommendations for go-to places in town. Casa Zeni was AMAZING!
