Great location just inside the walls and minutes from the main squares. Lovely old house sympathetically restored and decorated. We had the second floor apartment. The most well equipped apartment we have ever stayed in - it had everything you would have in your own kitchen and utility room. They even provided water, milk and pastries aswell as olive oil, coffee and other items. Sylvia and Christian were lovely.

A minor quibble, as with all small hill towns there is no onsite parking. However there is a small amount of paid parking 2 minutes away . There is a large free parking at the other side of the town max 10 minutes walk.

Amazing location, spacious, great shower and all the facilities you could want (cooking etc). And all set in a beautiful and interesting town. Also a wonderful, helpful hostess.

Nothing to dislike

The place was immaculate and clean with everything provided. Comfy bed, amenities in the bathroom. Tea and coffee with milk and water in the fridge on arrival - a great touch.

The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom is quite dark therefore difficult to put make up on. Breakfast provided via a voucher in the bar was unable to be used 2 mornings - the service was quite chaotic on day 3 and being ignored whilst standing in a queue with locals being served behind us left us no desire to eat there. I would recommend going elsewhere for breakfast! Not the accommodation owners fault but maybe offer an alternative option.

Unique accommodations in the heart of one of Italy’s most historical and charming villages complimented by the welcoming and helpful Casa Zeni hosts. The bed, the shower, the kitchen facilities were all top notch in addition to having a washer/dryer and smart TV!
