Their small apartment has a wonderful large kitchen which I used to cook chicken and vegetable soup because it’s mid winter and I wanted onion and garlic for my gut health. They are full of information about the area and are great communicating over WhatsApp.

Excellent location. Most Beautiful house . Away from hustle and bustle of city life . Peaceful and serene country side . Vintage house full of positive vibes . It gives you true feeling of a “holiday” and good break from daily chaos. You can just stay and relax in this house and I bet you will feel excellent .

Recommend travelling to this location by taxi or own car .

The location was perfect . The property was quaint and welcoming.

The couch upstairs was too hard and very uncomfortable. We avoided that space for this reason.

This is a perfect little gem of an apartment tucked in a quiet corner within minutes to the main square. Casa Zeni is the traditional Tuscan apartment with all the amenities. The bed was super comfy and we loved the front porch. Perfect to sit at the end of a long day sightseeing with a glass of local wine. We rented a car for the week and parking was very close to the apartment. Silvia kept us updated on all festivities in Cortona and she is the perfect host! Thank you Silvia and Cristian for having us. We cannot wait to come back! Happy Holidays!!!

We liked the location, it was easy to get to the center of town and also hiking and exploring the town. We loved Sylvia's hospitality. she met us and helped me park our car next to the apartment. Know that this location is inside the cobblestone village. Really quaint, but streets are not made for cars.

instructions beforehand on how to notify the host before we arrived. Sylvia had mentioned that we were supposed to have contacted her an hour before but we didn't know. Also, we didn't know the parking situation and where to park. Sylvia helped us navigate both so not an issue.

Very nice place, close to the center of Cortona. The hosts were very nice and very friendly, they offered hints about free parking. The breakfast was very good, we received extra foc for our daughter. we even followed a treasure hunt because we travelled close to Halloween. 🎃 we recommend this place.

The hosts both went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you Silvia for booking taxis’s for us. We really appreciate everything you did for us.

Everything! Best stay on our vacation. Wish we could have been here all week instead of our additional 2 cities. Very comfortable and cozy. Town was much more than we expected.
