The location was great. The beds were comfortable.

Could have been cleaner. Was tidy bit not clean. Also no electric kettle or plug for kitchen sink which made it difficult having a baby for sterilising bottles

I choose the location because very near to the site I had to work during the stay (a medical congress in Polo Didattico San Rossore)

I found the main bedroom and the main bathroom full of mold, besides the basin and wc were not discharging water! I suffer mold allergy and my husband has problem with one feet and the host suggest us to use the room and the (small and without bidet) bathroom upstairs and wait for someone to come and see for the bathroom. Then one of the host pretended that I knew the conditions of the rooms!!!! (I already sent to Booking and to the host all the chats in Whatsapp. NO mention of the problems. Only a limit to a late check out - I asked for it after they got the full payment!!- "no later than 12AM, because a room "somewhere down" had to be painted". I stayed in the apartment only the shortest time it took to find another place in the near, while they were offering me to stay (and pay more) NEAR THE AIRPORT!! I DID NOT LIKE THEY TOOK MY MONEY WELL KNOWING THE UNAFFORDABLE CONDITIONS OF THE APARTMENT. I WANT A FULL REFUND : I PAID FOR AN APARTMENT, NOT FOR A PLACE FULL OF MOLD AND WITH BROKEN FACILITIES IN THE BATHROOM.

The apartment was close to the tower, restaurants and the train station .

There was no information pack in the apartment about the facilities or the area. The gas was turned off and we had to text someone to find out how to turn it out. There was a tap by the sink to turn it on which looked like another tap for the sink. The apartment wasn't very clean . The floors were dirty and some of the surfaces were very dusty. One of the bathroom sinks had a crack across it. The stove top kettle was quite unsafe. The handle got very hot when the kettle boiled. We had to wrap the tea towel round the handle before we could use it. We had one tea towel for the 8 days we were there which was not ideal. Could also have done with extra towels as we had one hand towel and one bath towel for the whole week. Information pack is a must !
