Un po' rumoroso, essendo sulla strada, si sentono le aut e furgoncino transitare alla mattina presto.

La situation très proche du centre ville (10 min maximum en marchant tranquillement ) sans les inconvénients sonores et de la gare (5 minutes à pieds ). Le parking couvert (indispensable ) La gentillesse de la personne s’occupant du ménage et de l’accueil

It was spacious. The patio out the front was good. Clean and in good working order.

The garage was too small and was inaccessible. Access was difficult through a barrier on the street (a huge faff).

The location and parking are excellent. Quick access to all the squares and steps of Rio Maggiore. Quick elevator access to the train station and the start of the hiking trail. A five-minute walk away there is a site where it is very pleasant to watch the sunset.

The room is old. The owners don't bother with renovations. It's understandable. Location makes the business.. The lack of a shower with a flexible hose was disappointing. The terrace didn’t look inviting.
