"A pleasant overnight stay in a historical Tuscany family house with beautiful gardens and swimming pool."

A beautiful old house with an amazing garden and very extensive grounds. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was copious, and it was served in a large hall with some very interesting historical maps and charts. The property is located in the village, which was convenient for going for a walk.

Some aspects of the property were showing their age and in need of upkeep.

The place is beautiful. Large gardens (more like a domain), large rooms and one of (if not the best) hosts I have encountered. Located in a small beautiful 13th century village with an excellent restaurant almost adjacent to the site. This place is ideal for couples and families (there is an aviary as well as a large outdoor swimming pool). They have two bedroom apartments with a kitchen (where we stayed). The owner (Louisa) was extremely helpful and booked restaurants for us. . Would love to come back and, frankly, if I could rate the place 11, I would!

"Great location - No value for money"

Historic house overlooking the countryside, host very nice and welcoming, very spacious room

The room was not very clean, no toiletries and hair-drier available, old-style bidet without proper taps, no much value for money
