Appartement is voorzien van airco. Omgeving is prima en niet al te druk.

Appartement is wel toe aan een renovatie. Komt amper water uit de douche’s, geen warm water in de keuken. Buurman heeft een aantal honden die met grote regelmaat op het balkon staan te blaffen, ook ‘‘s ochtends vroeg. Toilet blijft doorspoelen,

Struttura pulita, ampi spazi, la cucina è fornita di tutto, come anche i bagni. Più che stare in un appartamento è come essere in albergo, ma con la comodità di avere una cucina. Svetlana gentile e disponibilissima. In più, quando siamo stati noi, c'era la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina , cosa nom da poco per Porto Ercole

Tutto, appartamento nel centro di Porto Ercole, tutto a portata di mano. Porto Santo Stefano e Orbetello a due passi. Svetlana è stata fantastica, cordiale e premurosa affinché il nostro soggiorno potesse andare bene, consigliato al 100 💯

Generous and thoughtful amenities. Many items provided from cleaning products, paper towels, paper napkins, tablecloths, simple breakfast items, coffee and numerous others. Owner was friendly, kind and delightful to deal with.

Big airy space, very comfortable and convenient, everything we needed

Screens on the windows maybe would be nice because bugs :)

Beautiful home and lovely view. A well-stocked kitchen, very responsive hosts. Lovely terrace. Easy street parking. Close to port but in a quiet and private residential street.

The electric gate to enter also requires keys to exit, which made getting out at departure a little tricky with a car (we had to drive down, open the gate, park, and then walk the house keys back up the hill. Not sure if there is anything the hosts could do about this and it was only a slight inconvenience. Overall this was a perfect stay and we'd love to return.
