"Stunning view, cozy apartment close to the beach"

Stunning view, apartment had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed just staying in the balcony when it was too warm outside and we didn’t regret it at all

"The apartment & the view are even better than the pictures."

Large comfortable apartment with excellent views. Better than the pictures. Excellent location, quiet, yet easy walking to everything. The host was also excellent.

"Charming holiday home with stunning view"

Nice view in the 2nd floor. Size was 100m2, not 14m2 like in Booking com. Three big bedrooms. Basic living stuff was there in place with some extras. Well decorated.

"It was just lovely and great value."

We loved every minute of our stay in beautiful Porto Ercole. Svetlana communicated very well beforehand and was warm and friendly when we arrived - meeting us to let us in the property. We really appreciated the lovely snacks and drinks also, which had been left in the kitchen. It was clean, bright and quirky. The air conditioning was a definite plus. The harbour itself is cosy, but sophisticated, with lovely bars and places to it. Sitting on the balcony, looking at the lovely view of blue sky and sea in the distance, in such a quiet, but very central residential area, was a piece of heaven for us. Thank you - we will be back!
