AUWe appreciated how Patrizio actively communicated to arrange for our arrival. Possibility to park car in the garage nearby is a real bonus and make our stay in San Gimignano parking hassle free.
Someone might find ventilation in the bathroom a bit noisy, but it is bearable.

SKA truly exceptional stay. The apartment is absolutely stunning, with beautiful exposed stone and brick that give it so much character. The location couldn’t be better, perfectly situated within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is both charming and practical - we found ourselves using it every day. Despite the heat outside, the apartment remains wonderfully cool, making it a perfect retreat. The terracotta floor tiles were a highlight for us (and our dog loved them too!), and the kitchen window offers a truly breathtaking view - such a special touch. We also rented the garage, which was fantastic and made our stay even more convenient - a real bonus in this location. Carolina was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay again! :)

There was nothing we didn't like. Absolutely everything was explained, reviewed and documented. Carolina wascrespinsive and proactive.

AUThe location is great and the apartment was very clean.
The communication was a bit slow because we were messaging with the host but he was sending his daughters to greet us and to deal with any issues. The arrival turned out okay although we waited about 10 minutes for them to meet us at the parking garage. The host controls the heating. A few hours after we arrived the apartment started feeling very cold. We messaged the host who contacted his daughters to come and adjust the heating. This took at least an hour. They adjusted the thermostat that controls the radiators and also gave us a controller for the reverse cycle in the bedroom. From then on it was a nice warm temperature in the bedroom but still a bit cold in the other rooms. If traveling when temperatures are more agreeable I guess this would be great value, but I wouldn’t recommend overall.
