Male male.male, purtroppo quanto indicato nella descrizione non corrisponde alla realtà. Mi sarei aspettato un appartamento con letto matrimoniale king size in camera compartimentata, un ulteriore letto e un divano letto. Invece no, è presente solo un letto matrimoniale non compartimentato dall'open space. Adatto solo a coppia che vuole in matrimoniale ma, a quel punto sono molto più vantaggiosi, comodi ed economiche la camere di hotel. La proprietà aveva comunicato che avremmo potuto lasciare i bagagli senza avvisi prima del check in, invece, una volta arrivati abbiamo dovuto fare mille chiamate e aspettare circa venti minuti...che sarebbero stati molti di più se un condomino non avesse aperto la porta di ingresso. Manca anche l'asciugacapelli.. A prezzi notevolmente inferiori trovare camere 4 stelle con colazione in zona centro Sconsigliatissimo

Ottima accoglienza di Frenkee (host della struttura) fin da subito, cordiale e disponibile alle mie necessità come possibilità di early check-in. Appartamento come da foto (anche meglio), spazioso, ben curato, pulito, con grande doccia, "linea cortesia" di qualità, presenza di vari elettrodomestici/phon/pc, ampio vano ripostiglio per depositare la valigia, presente letto di grandi dimensioni e molto comodo, zona relax e cucina ottima per essere autonomi anche se la posizione è perfetta sia per raggiungere il centro storico che per spostarsi e recarsi nelle vicinanze dove sono presenti market e ristoranti. Nelle vicinanze parcheggio Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! Consigliatissimo!

I saw the numerous 5star comments and thought this says a lot. Impeccable accommodation with EVERY DECENT THING you need. Clean, cosy, beautifully designed (I'll borrow some tips) and homely. Short stay for the F1 weekend but wish it was longer. Loved every bit To Frankee - No one goes above and beyond like you to make their guests feel so welcome. Thank you again for your marvelous hospitality! Thanks for being such a fantastic host! I can’t believe the Oscars haven't asked you to host yet. Sorry about your F1 driver, better luck next time.

Still looking, can't find one

Fantastic modern small apartment and location. Close to the Fiera and on walking distance to the city center. Very kind and helpful host, provided me with information about restaurants and thinks to see in Bologna. The apartment is equipped with all you need, coffee, water, softdrinks, snacks, wine and fruits in addition. Very comfortable bed. Good internet. What else could you wish for a short stay in Bologna? I'm happy with my choice.

The accommodation was beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness. Conveniently located, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the EIMA exhibition and only 20 minutes from the city center.

Amazing place feeling like at home, especially Frenkee was so friendly and helped with all questions. The apartment is not big but it is organized very well, smart apartment. The bar was really cool 🥳😊
