"Exceptional"

The apartment was perfect, small but has everything you need including kitchen with all the necessary facilities, Hermes cosmetics in the bathroom, bar with all the drinks you want , Frenkee was so friendly like brother, it made the feeling you came to the relatives. I highly recommend Grado24, it’s much better than hotel

The space was clean and spacious and also very comfortable. The check in process was very easy and the apartment had all the amenities we could have hoped for. Frenkee was very accommodating and helpful and even provided a list of restaurants which were perfect for our stay.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Very discreet and secure. The gentleman sent us a special email, where he gave practical advice on what and how to do in Bologna. Rooms very clean.

"Great. Amazing apartment. Was perfect for the congress visit"

Hosts were flexible and super punctual. Hand over in person. Apartment is amazing.it has everything you need in, plus some little perks and refreshments left for the guest. It is spotless clean and beds are comfortable. Less than 10’ walk from the Congress center was the vherry on the cake.

"It was very nice stay."

The apartment was equipped with everything that was needed. Starting from toiletries, through soft drinks and additionally delicacies. Our flight was delayed, there were no problems with delivering the keys. The proximity to the fair was an added advantage. Very nice hosts, I heartily recommend.

The property was very clean and had a very modern design. They hosts were very helpful and responsive. There was water, drinks and snacks ready upon arrival which was great. I really commend the hosts for their great hospitality and helpfulness. I would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay. Fully equipped apartment and kitchen with water, soft drinks, beers, free bar and snacks!! Frankee is such a great host - answered every question in moments. Comfortable bed. Great location!!

Excellent room decor and design, super comfortable bed. So many nice perks from the breakfast room to the toiletries. Every detail was taken care of. Expect a super well stocked drinks bar, all included.
