Love & Smile Apartment by Rent All Como

The location is great ,right in town centre with plenty of restaurants plus a supermarket not far. The self check in was one of the easiest ones we have had to do with clear instructions. Hot shower and good wi fi.We have been traveling for a while and it was nice to do some home cooked meals in the apartment as Resturants in Como are very expensive

Two things. a little bit more equipment in the kitchen would have been nice especially a cork screw as we bought wine and could not open it and the shower had mould all in the grout ,it needs a very thorough clean

Location of the apartment was a short walk from the train station, it was in an area with lots of bars and restaurants and a 5 min walk to the lake. Check in was really easy.

The bed was a fold out bed which was like a camp bed. This wasn’t made obvious and was extremely firm and very uncomfortable.

We didn’t have a good experience. We checked in early as agreed by hosts at 2.00 and we went out for a walk. When we came back we found workmen in our apartment which we did not authorise at all as we never got any phone call or message. We were told apparently last minute via WhatsApp they were coming to fix a broken bidet but I dont have internet readily available and only rely on wifi when in accomodation. I would have easily been reachable by a phone call. When we returned at 430 we had to wait for them to finish. I’m deeply concerned how long they were there, doors wide open, my belongings everywhere, I didn’t authorise anyone at anytime to enter with out our permission. This work should have been done immediately after last tenants left. I originally thought I would be ok with them in there but not entirely comfortable with it. Next morning: Hot water system not working and sent someone out just before we had to leave to fix. Had no hot water to have a shower. Hot water system then buzzed all night for the rest of our stay. Apparently workman couldn’t come out again to fix til we leave on our last day. Bed has some side boards on the upper half making it difficult to get up and down from it. Very, very hard mattress and pillows. No bedside lamps and plugs for cell phones near the bed. There is nowhere to support the suitcases, very awkward. Bathroom powerpoint collapses in when trying to put in an adaptor. Cant plug a euro adaptor into it either. Their own hairdryer they supplied wouldn’t fit either. Only plugs working were in kitchen and near TV. Not really appropriate to get ready there. Dingy lighting in bathroom. Have to move kitchen appliances around to use them very inconvenient and not safe. Basically useable one at a time. It’s just an adaptor screwed into the wall not a proper power point. Also the drain in the bathroom basin has no grate. Easy to lose valuables or makeup etc.

Finding the actual building was very difficult. Getting assistance also difficult as we have no wifi while movi ng around. Once we obtained wifi from another hotel problem was sorted effectively. Apartment was old but clean and space utilised well.

Smashed bidet in bathroom was off putting.

Very hospitable place. The apartament has everything you need. Good place in town. Would recommend for my friends :)

This apartment is in an ideal location in Como - only a few minutes from San Giovani train station, lots of nice eating places around and a supermarket just down the road. It isn’t plush, but has everything you need - comfy bed, a good shower, and an equipped kitchen. I messaged the company to see about an early check in and they were very accommodating. Also whenever I messaged them they replied very promptly.

Initially was a bit disappointed there was no toaster - however the microwave is also a grill!

Location was great

Was not clean - shower mouldy and not the cleanest. Cups in cupboard not clean
