Love & Smile Apartment by Rent All Como

Bed was comfortable and I liked the two different kinds of pillows (different firmness). Good location, half way between water and the train station. The pizza restaurant downstairs is great! Felt v safe with all the locked doors!

Had a few issues with that hot water. Found it a bit tricky to identify the apartment as there was nothing on the door to identify it. Agree with other reviewers that the photos are a little outdated.

the location was excellent and very walkable to some lovely restaurants, the front of the lake and the ferry terminal. The team at the office next door were also very happy to hold our bags for us once we had checked out. Overall the apartment was clean, tidy and perfect as a base for getting out and about.

There were instructions provided on how to get into the apartment, but it was still a little unclear - I.e. the picture in the guide shows a door that says “love and smile” but when we arrived it was just a blank door? it was lacking a few basic amenities - some tea or coffee would have been nice or a coffee machine. And there was no lamp so the only lighting was the harsh overhead fan light. there was also a lack of charging points, only in the kitchen and behind the tv.

Location

The Apartement wasn't clean especially the Bathroom. The shower had a lot of Mould, on the bed and next to it where a lot of crumbles. Spider webs on the Walls and a lot of dust in the Apartment. We stayd in Como at Appartements where we paid way less and had a better experienced. I Reached out to rent all como including the Fotos and they could Identify the mould, which explaines a lot. Then they only offered a 50% refund of the cleaning fee which ist 22,5€. Way to overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend the apartment.
