"Maximal enttäuscht"

Nur die Lage.

Sauberkeit, Empfang, Ausstattung, Boden dreckig, Putzfrau zu spät ( 2h ) nach Check-In, uns wurde dafür ein späterer Check- out versprochen und 1 Nacht vorher wieder storniert, wir haben mit Absicht bis 11:30 gewartet, es kam niemand. Unterste Schublade diese Unterkunft. Hellhörig. Autos und Nachbarn im Treppenhaus ist laut, nichts für Personen mit Schlafschwierigkeiten. Nach 12 Jahren quer durch Europa ist das meine erste schlechte Bewertung, hier würde ich nichtmal kommen, wenn man mir Geld für die Unterkunft gibt. Keine Entschädigung nichts. Ich leite diesen Fall bei booking weiter.

The location literally the lake is just outside our door. Plenty of restaurants to dine in at night. Easy access for buses, trains and boats. And you be surprise how quiet the area at night.

The lightings could do more lights on our first night i have to used my phone while eating our dinner however on our 3rd night my daughter work out the lights next to the tele and we were all so excited 😆

"Loved visiting Lake Como. Many places to eat and shop."

Location was good but lots of street noise.

Few wall outlets and some needed repair. No A/C as indicated. Second fan needed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable flat with lots of space. Great location right by the lakeside and near the train station, bus station and ferry ports. There was a small issue with the toilet flush which the staff at House of Travelers came over to resolve immediately and from then on we had no issues. They also helped us with suggestions of what to do during our stay. We would highly recommend!
