"Acceptable accomodation"

The location was excellent. Just next to the funiculare and just where the ferry drops you off.

It was quite hot and humid and there was no air-conditioning in the appartment. Just 2 air funs. The hot water for the shower was dropping very slow

It was across from the lake with many restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and as described.

There were only a few lights working. We could have used another fan since there is no air conditioning. A bit noisy when you have the windows open at night.

Location of this apartment is awesome....right on the doorstep of the lake and all the restaurants and everything Como has to offer. There were 3 of us and the apartment was comfortable and clean. Would recommend.

"great location and stay but management needs an attitude check"

fantastic location right near cafes, restaurants; loved the proximity to the lake

weren’t able to check in on time as planned and management did nothing to acknowledge this or apologize. argumentative over the phone and accusatory towards the cleaning crew which was alarming.
