Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu, blisko na dworzec kolejowy, sklep, kawiarnie, restauracje w pobliżu. Bardzo pomocny właściciel.

Klimatyzacja jest głośna i mało wydajna, nie można przy niej spać. Ponieważ budynek jest w samym centrum, w nocy w weekend jest bardzo głośno. Apartament idealny dla 4 osób, my byliśmy w 5 w związku z czym było trochę ciasno.

Really welcoming host, great location adjacent to the main pedestrianised high street so very walkable to the train station despite the distance and also close to the marina and lots of restaurants. AC in bedrooms was invaluable during the heatwave.

Organização, limpeza e espaço do apto e a hospitalidade da querida Daniela que nos recebeu super bem e com todas as informações necessárias

Eu gostei de tudo. Só um ponto de informação é que na rua não pode parar carros então caso esteja com muita bagagem é legal saber. Isso não foi um impeditivo para nós pois a Daniela nos informou e paramos em um parking na cidade que tinha onibus na porta e que nos deixou muito proximo do apartamento.

Appartement idéalement situé au cœur de la Spezia. Literie confortable et cuisine bien équipée. Daniela nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour les visites et les restaurants.

Un peu de marche pour aller jusqu’à la gare mais rien d’insurmontable.
