"Great location in the heart of La Spezia"

Great spacious apartment, well equipped with everything we needed (except wine glasses). Location is great - lots of restaurants, shops, Cafes and a bakery is nearby.

"Clean, comfortable and well located apartment with lift in La Spezia!"

Our family had a lovely and comfortable stay! Air conditioning was great in both rooms and it was great to have a lift since I was travelling with seniors and lots of luggage. Location was convenient to the ferry/marina and the main street with many restaurants and shops! Train station was about 15 minutes walk with easy access to the Cinque Terre. Host was helpful and responsive!

It was very clean and near the restaurants and shops!

The windows are a bit lower than the usual I know, you might loose balance and risk of falling is high.
