IL TOLOMEI - Central in the Middle of Main Street

L'appartamento Tolomei si trova in una posizione eccellente per spostarsi nel centro di Siena. È sopra Piazza del Campo ed è collegato benissimo a bar, supermercati e ristoranti. Struttura consigliata per i soggiorni in città. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile, presentandosi subito al nostro arrivo, e dando consigli sui luoghi dove mangiare.

Leggendo le recensioni ero preoccupata per i rumori ma sebbene si sentano alla fine è molto soggettivo. Ho riscontrato problemi con le finestre che è stato un po' difficile aprire, e soprattutto il divano letto scomodo con cuscini troppo bassi (anche qui però dipende dalle abitudini) Qualche svista sulla pulizia degli utensili nell'appartamento come spugne varie e qualche residuo di calcare nel lavandino della cucina, ma nulla di esagerato. Nel complesso l'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario ed era pulito.

The noise, which made it almost impossible to sleep in the first 2 nights. At some point you’d feel that you’re sleeping outside, because of how noisy the place was.

Very well located and furnished, modern and practical.

I would recommend a better bed and more pillows, as the ones they had were very slim. Also to leave teatowells or some napkins. The elevator button doesn’t work properly. Also the charge for arriving after 7 pm is a bit much

Received a very warm welcome outside the apartment in a great location, close to everything. We were shown up to the apartment and were given some useful instructions and tips on where to go and what to see. The apartment was beautiful and there was a lift which was so handy with all our luggage. I would have given this place a 10 hands down if it wasn't for the noise and our lack of sleep.

The noise at night made it difficult to sleep. I really hope that the owners sound proof this apartment because its really needed and everything else is perfect.

The aparment is very new, with all facilities, the location is perfect. Ideal for long stays.

Very careful with check in after 7:00 pm, they will charge you 20€ more, and if you arrive after 22:00 they will charge you 50€ more, so I was very surprised by the lack of facilities for late check in. As the location is so central, there is some noise at night, but it makes up for it considering how well located it is.

Very well equipped with washing machine, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good cot (on request). The location was quite noisy unfortunately (music concert in Square a few meters away until after 1am, people talking loudly outside 3am, noisy street cleaners 6am). But flat was lovely and clean and comfortable.

Beautfull apartment which is located in the heart of Siena so that you can easily visit all the historic places of this beautifull city. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a very nice stay in Siena. The hosts are also very nice and helpfull.
