Il manque une machine à café. Heureusement que je savais faire du café avec l' équipement traditionnel italien 😂 car aucun bar n était ouvert à proximité avant 8h.

Casetta molto carina, in pieno centro a Monopoli, ben arredata e con tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. Livello di pulizia ottimo.

C’è stato qualche inconveniente con la caldaia nel corso del nostro soggiorno. Più volte abbiamo dovuto spegnere e riaccendere la corrente perché l’acqua delle docce veniva fredda. Spero però sia un problema momentaneo. Per il resto soggiorno eccellente!

Locatia este in centrul istoric al localitatii, aproape de plaja. Proprietarul ne-a lasat in frigider o sticla de vin, una de apa minerala si alta de apa plata, insa astea nu compenseaza cu faptul ca la baie nu era decat un sul de hartie igienica, care este insuficient pentru o saptamana, doar un set de prosoape pentru fiecare persoana, la fel insuficient pentru o saptamana. Mai mult, dozatoarele de sampon, gel de dus erau goale sau nu era decat foarte putin, insuficient pentru o saptamana.

Cladirea, fiind veche, are peretii interiori care se macina si nisipul care se forneaza in urma macinarii cade peste tot, chiar si pe pat in timp ce dormi. In fiecare si patul era plin de nisipul macinat din pereti. La asta se adauga si faptul ca nu este bine ventilata locatia, mai ales camera de jos si se simte un miros de mucegai. Eu daca as fi aflat inforrmatiile astea dinainte nu as fi inchiriat.

Stunning property in the centre of monopoli old town. Love everything about the property and location. The jacuzzi bath was brilliant and the fresh coffee provided in the apartment was very much appreciated

Cockroaches and a sandy bed and the bathroom drains smelt

The location and the architecture.

The flat wasn’t clean especially the room downstairs was looking like no one cleaned it from the last year, was full of dust and the toilet very dirty. The room was smelling mould and they were a lot of cockroaches. Is a shame for how beautiful was the building to face this issues. Loved the city but wouldn’t go back here because if the cockroaches jumping on the bed from the sealing.
