Cosy, comfortable and quiet apartment with excellent views over Bologna rooftops. Would definitely recommend this stay to couples looking to explore the city centre of Bologna!

The bathroom is quite compact and tall people will have to watch their heads, but the shower is great!

The host was very friendly and helped us getting to know the area. Lovely and really cute apartment. There even was some free coffee and tee provided. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

A charming and peaceful apartment with views out to the hills beyond Bologna. It is situated in an attractive area, and it was easy to either walk or catch buses to excellent restaurants and historical areas of Bologna. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to requests. Free coffee and tea was kindly provided.

The aparment was beautiful, nicely situated on top of the roofs and very well equiped. The owner was super helpful and hospitable. There were also coffee, tea and breakfast items available which made the extra convenience for the short stay. I warmly recommend the place and definately come back if I visit Bologna again.

This accommodation is well located, within walking distance of the central station and also served by a number of buses. The street is quiet, but a chemist, bakery, good restaurant, grocery store and a café are nearby. This is a clean and charmingly quirky accommodation under the eaves of an older residence building, with a kitchen corner, a comfortable bed, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the efficient handover of keys and the fact that the fridge contained yogurt and that basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits were provided.

Unfortunately, work was being done on the building during my stay, and scaffolding spoiled my view over the rooftops of the neighbourhood. The novelty of the narrow staircase started to wear off after 3 days and I began to tire of having to go down one set of steep stairs and then up another set to visit the bathroom during the night - but this arrangement is clearly mentioned in the description of the room so I have no complaints, I'm just highlighting the fact that this accommodation is unsuitable for those with mobility problems. The shower is a bit cramped if you are tall or chubby! The heating is noisy, switching on and off throughout the night, which might bother light sleepers. There was a poor choice of TV programmes for the evenings that I stayed in. I would have appreciated BBC World, or a French channel - or even a radio in the room. A mat on the rather cold, tiled floor would also have been appreciated. However, all in all I was happy with the accommodation and would choose this charming property again for a short stay.
