The host was great, we could hold on to our schedule with the arrival. He explained everything we needed to know very well and provided us with drinks to start up. Best thing was that we could stay an extra day due to our cancelled flight. Dont forget the restaurant to the left, with the few tables outside, great meals there - La Svolta. Also to the right on the corner a great place for brerakfast and lunch - Cornerbar.

Very good location and complete apartment with all necessary amenities

The apartment is located in the attic of the building and not recommended with people with mobility issues (a lot of stairs) or very tall people (the shower might be a bit small).

Wonderful rooftop views, beautifully decorated, well equipped, charming, loved the windows that opened to let in the breezes!

Cute, cozy hidaway in a good location. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway and base for exploring bologna. Well equipped, generous bed, nice views, fast internet. With the steep steps it feels a bit like living on a boat. The bathroom is pretty and functional, but very tight. This is mentioned in the description, but larger individuals may struggle

Nothing we didn't expect.

The place is great! First of all - the host is super. My flight was superlate and he was waiting for me! The flat is in really good location (You can walk almost everywhere) and the flat itself is great. Nice, clean, cosy and cute. And last but not least - working air conditioner :)

We loved our stay at this apartment while visiting Bologna for 3 days! Alberto, the host, was so friendly, welcoming, and had great communication. He even helped us get a reservation at a restaurant that is very difficult to book. He went above and beyond to make our trip in Bologna special and memorable. The apartment was quirky and unique, has wonderful natural lighting, and was extremely clean and functional for being in a building that is hundreds of years old. Alberto told us that the building was a converted convent! Stairs are a little steep and narrow but that added to the charm. Lots of smart storage solutions and we appreciated the washer/dryer that was in the apartment.
