The new Luxury apartment in the historic center

Great communication from the host. Met us at the apartment on arrival showed us around and gave local information for shops. We arrived late due to airport delays however the host was very accommodating over arrival times. The host supplied hand soaps, towels etc in all bathrooms, bug and insect plugins were all supplied which was a very nice touch. The host left a selection of cakes and pastries which was a very nice touch. I would recommend the host and apartment and if we were ever again in Lucca i would re-book. Our booking was for 5 people and due to the size of the apartment there was plenty of room for more.

Could be noisy due to solid floors and apartment above. This is no detriment to the host its the age of the building. From the front bedroom (only) the street noise could be heard. Again this is no fault of the apartment or the host.

Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze położone. Blisko starej części miasta i blisko bezpłatnego miejsca do parkowania poza murami miasta. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Mieszkanie czyste, bardzo dobrze wyposażone i bardzo fajny ogródek. Było cicho mimo dwóch sypialni wychodzących na ulicę.

The size of the apartment was excellent with ensuite bathrooms. The location was fantastic you were just outside if the center but still with the the walls and had everything you needed so close to the apartment.

Nothing everything was perfect!

Loved the indoor space and the garden. Loved the location as it was away from the heavily tourist areas and the local bars were full of Italians rather than tourists. It was a quiet residential area and felt like a slice of Italian life. Our host Stefano was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect for our needs however if you plan to do lots of excursions by bus or train both stations are a 10/15 minute walk across town. This might be an issue for some people.

Really large apartment that was perfect for our family. Each room had its own bathroom which was ideal for 8 people. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic for enjoying Lucca but sits far enough back to be out of the noise. The air conditioning was ideal for the extreme heat. Great communication with the owner.

There wasn’t anything to dislike about the apartment we absolutely loved it. Staying in Lucca always has a problem with parking but we were able to find a parking spot close by and free.
