Julian is an excellent host and met us on arrival, explaining all details of the apartment, We took his recommendation to eat @ criscemunno for pizza & Bar Nettuno for ice cream we where not disappointed 😋 Great, facilities and location for Family with boys of 6&7 yr old. Thank you.

The location was excellent and close to the water and restaurants. Julian was great to work with. The kids LOVED the hot tub.

The shower in the bathroom and the pull out sofa.

"did not stay due to no air conditioning that was advertised it had. do not book here"

Didnt stay due to air conditioning not working and estimate time to fix was 2 days and it was over 90f in room. I have emphysema and it would have been impossible. Going thru credit card to get refund due to owner not offering
