DO NOT STAY HERE. The aparment has an intense humidity/mold problem. We could not stay here, and the owner refused to refund the full price. If you read the worst rated reviews, its quite obvious the owner has given people refund in exchange for a good review in the past. It explains the outstanding average. Or maybe people just arent honest or dont care about staying in a moldy house? But this place is indeed inhabitable. I felt humidity in the apartment and visible mold in the bathroom. (Pictures) At the time my smell couldnt work properly but both of my friends said it smells like mold and one couldnt breathe there without having to cough constantly. The owner keeps lying "this never happened that someone couldnt stay" and "see my reviews". He blocked me when I tried to communicate. He keeps lying in the responses of the reviews and goes on a rant propably on this one aswell. Yes its a good location but unfortunately it doesnt matter since no one should pay to stay here and risk their health.

The location of the house is very good, very close to the city center and to the beach. It is also very cosy and the hot tub is a very good way to relax after a long day or night. The host was also super friendly and responsive, always answering any questions I had almost immediately.

Great location, right in the heart of the city, many good pastry shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The host was great, very eager to help, gave us a lot of good tips that helped us a lot during our visit. The room was very neat and clean. There’s a lot of space, which is great if you’re traveling with the family.

The apartment has a central position, it is an advantage for everything you propose to do, you have easy access to buses, trains, ferries, restaurants, terraces.

We arrived at the apartment around 9 p.m., we were greeted by a kind lady, who introduced us to the apartment and very insistently the jacuzzi, which was not of interest to us and which we did not use. We started to look more closely at the apartment when my wife and small child started having asthma attacks and we were not surprised to find a dirty parquet floor, which we had to sweep and wash, and mold everywhere, the smell of sewage, in the bathroom and kitchen, an old and rusty shower and... cockroaches and spiders, cupboards full of mess inside, with paint brushes and repair tools. Essential things are missing from the apartment, such as a compartmentalized wardrobe, hangers, iron, vacuum cleaner. I got in touch with Julian via WhatsApp and communicated to him exactly everything we experienced and found, I also sent him pictures, we asked him to return our money for one night, under the given conditions, the price was enormous, 131 euros/night, Julian agreed, but he conditioned us to leave him good marks on the booking, this requirement seemed absurd to us and we considered it to be a way of operating. He got angry with me and told me that we complained too much and that 200 other people didn't tell him anything of everything we told him, I will also attach the pictures, to be as objective as possible with this review. I'm leaving this review because it would be a shame if other families or couples go through our experience, which ruined our vacation.

The house was amazing and clean, the jacuzzi is very relaxing and the position is ideal to visit Salerno and the other cities of Campania

Very nice studio apartment in the old town of Salerno within a short distance of the seafront. The apartment is very well equipped and has a great hot tub to relax in after sightseeing. Julian is very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
