Apartment was spacious and furnishings comfortable. It was reasonably close to main sites in town. Yes, there is parking BUT (see below)

The parking option is unbelievably tight even for a small car. Once car was in we spent 3 days worrying about how we would get it out again. There is very limited room for manoeuvring any sized vehicle. The immediate location of the apartment did not feel particularly safe especially at night.

the apartment lived up to our expectations however the hosts did not.

although we followed the instructions of Sergio our car suffered severe damage in the lift upon arrival going down to the underground garage. Sergio was initially as shocked as us and called the manager Fabio. Fabio came to see the damage and said it had never happened before, no constellation to us. Although we had never blamed Sergio, he had had already told a different story, a lie. we then had to spend two days dealing with insurances etc to get our car towed away and organise a hire car. during the two days, we never once heard from Fabio to ask how we were and when I did ask for help ordering a taxi to take us 170kms to pick up the hire car he was reluctant and told me had only had 2 seconds. Sergio was invisible until the night before our departure when he whatsapp to remind me the checking out time was 10:00 and leave the keys on the table. not a word of inquiring of how our situation was. A nice apartment but terrible customer service by the hosts.

lovely apartment, very roomy, clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and an elevator! location is perfect, very close to action but very quiet street.

The location is good - very close to the city center. The apartment itself is comfortable and cozy. It is good to have the private garage, but size is tricky and better have a small size car

1. Neighbors were very noisy and were a lot of noise outside at night. There was renovation in the apartment downstairs 2. The pillows were uncomfortable, too much uncomfortable. 3. In the facilities description were mentioning about cookies, water and wine in appartment, but nothing was there. 4. Garage construction is complex, needs to squeeze the car.

Comfortable bed and seating. Location was great. Apartment was bright and clean. Able to do laundry in the washing machine and dry on provided racks. Great shower. Easy walking distance to town center and Parco Ducale.

Parking was very difficult to negotiate. No toiletries were provided. We would have liked instructions for how to use the washer and stove top. Limited interaction with the staff. We think more explanation of the parking process should be given.

Everything was amazing! The apartment is located in a quiet and colorful street close to the center. Beautiful, minimally decorated with some personal touches apartment. Everything was really clean, comfortable beds, functional and new bathrooms, kitchen. But, most of all is that Paolo was really responsive, helpful, and polite! We totally recommend the place for a short or long stay in Parma!
