Great apartment for both visiting Parma and the surrounding areas as Milan, Bologna, the coast and Lake Garda are within reach by car Large apartment, very clean and well decorated. Parking onsite, albeit via a lift.

Can be noisy as walls and floors seemed to transmit noise from neighbours. We were disturbed by next doors washing machine spinning at 1am..

DO NOT stay at this property. It was a SCAM. We paid full price for the property and then we’re told there was no water at the unit so we had to move to another property. That place was half the cost of what we paid for but Owners ignored all requests for any refund!! Disgusting service!

spaceous kitchen & living area, comfortable bed

communication not very warm, no efforts really made (eg no water, no coffee in kitchen etc.), flat a bit darkish

Officina 7 is very close to the heart of the city, 10 mins. walk. The condominium where the spacious apartment is located is quiet, the apartment is large for a 3-member family with 2 bathrooms. It was well-appointed with lots of amenities.

We felt that the cleaning could have been more thorough and professional.

Nice place with lots of space.

No soap for shower.

Excellent location a short walk from main sights in city and from restaurants. Comfortable well equipped modern apartment with good underground parking (not suitable for larger cars). Owner provided good instructions for check in and met us to hand over keys.

Noise from construction in building opposite and having to use sink soap dispenser in shower but otherwise everything was good.h
