La cosa che più ci è piaciuta è stato l’arrivo del padrone dell’appartamento che messo al corrente delle condizioni della sua struttura si è scusato e pagato un pranzo in un noto ristorante di Parma. Era disperato

L’appartamento era sporchissimo, la lavatrice era rotta e piena di acqua sporca ( il padrone ne ha portata una usata il giorno dopo ). Piatti, bicchieri, pentole unte, freezer pieno di ghiaccio. Sciacquone del bagno rotto. Alcune luci di casa non funzionanti. Pavimenti rovinati e macchiati. Ecc…ecc…. Una vacanza orrenda

The building itself is located on a very quite street on the other side of the river to the city centre, but still within walking distance to all the main attractions. Locationally, I'd recommend this spot to anyone who wants more of a quiet-stay, and in a less busy area. The unit didn't have air conditioning, but did have 2 fans which worked well-enough at night in both rooms. The unit, overall, is as described: one full-size bed, one twin bed, 2 bathrooms (which was great), a washing machine (also great), and a kitchen.

We had a pretty poor experience with the host not being very responsive, so on multiple occasions we were left waiting around hours for a response on something that needed a prompt reply. For example, when we arrived at the property no one was there to meet us despite having confirmed our arrival time clearly with the host. We were left waiting in the front street with all our luggage for 15 minutes, and then another 20 minutes waiting in the lobby for the host to arrive to meet us. After a long day of travelling, it was a very frustrating way start to the stay. The kitchen was quite poorly stocked, which was a bit frustrating given we filtered for stays that had full kitchens because we intended to use it. I also messaged the host towards the end of our stay (at 6pm the night before check-out) asking about check-out procedure and whether we could leave our luggage in the hallway for a few hours, and did not get a response for over 24 hours, which was obviously not useful by that point.

Great location, quiet (church bell ends 9pm and starts 8am), good beds, spacious, well equipped kitchen, wooden floors, big windows with proper wooden light protectors, food available bearby.

Smaller bathroom sink was broken and not in use, and few other smaller things were either broken or in worn put/bad condition (like other toilet flush was broken, shower door had some small flaw, frying pans were scratched, dining table had a hit, 2 bedroom lights were broken, etc.). There was also only one roll of toilet paper, no salt nor any other food item in the kitchen so be prepared to bring basically everything.

Location was great, apartment was clean, quiet, convenient and well-equipped.

Don’t stay at this apartment, when you have a problem no one will try to help you and won’t answer your messages or calls. We didn’t have hot water for 5 DAYS!! IN NOVEMBER and no one responded or tried to help us in any way. So choose another apartment if you want a place where you can take a normal shower or if you have any problem about the apartment and actually have someone who wants to help. Also they promised a refund because we didn’t have hot water and now they won’t answer our messages. And also the walls are so thin that you will hear everything that is happening in the apartment next to you.
