Tourist House La Castellana

Franco and Nicolette were wonderful hosts, very attentive and always available via whatsapp. The apartment itself was spacious, extremely comfortable, and had excellent wi-fi. It was also within easy walking direction of all the major sights, and the train and bus station was about a 20-25 walk which was helpful for day trips.

Nothing to dislike.

I felt at home in this completely newly remodeled apartment. The hosts, Nicoletta and Franco are so kind and caring. They picked me up at the station and dropped me off at the end of my stay. They were always available by WhatsApp. The apartment has everything you might need, just like at home! There was coffee and jam and biscotti for breakfast and they even had put oranges and lemons in a nice welcome dish. The bed and pillows are super comfy. The apartment is above a bakery so you wake up with the smell of fresh bread. The location could not be more perfect. Centrally located in the historic neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to the fish market. Everything was perfect.

Very welcoming hosts who made sure I was taken care of while visiting Catania. Kept open lines of communication via WhatsApp the whole stay, drove me to and from the airport, and made me feel very comfortable. Close to main attractions as well as the bus stop for day trips to Palermo, Etna and many more. Would stay here again.

Excellent location practically a very short walking distance from all the best that Catania has to offer. (the Domo, the citadel, the fish market, dozens of restaurants and cafes. The shopping street Absolutely everything. and if you want something beyond Katanya. So the bus terminal is also within walking distance. The apartment itself is very spacious, very quiet. very clean, And equipped with everything you can think of, but literally everything possible. Franco and Violet were very nice and even on their own initiative, they occasionally contacted me to check that everything was okay and if I needed help. Full value for the price. I will recommend all my friends and acquaintances to come and stay

The owners is very nice people, very helpful. The apartment is great, big and comfortable. Its great place to stay for caples and families. The apartment have all that you need. The location is just perfect. Fue minets from piazza Duomo, Ursino, near fish market, great restaurants and bars. You have it all. We was very happy to stay here and highly recommended that appartment. Thank you very much Franco and Nicoletta

Evry thing was great

Thé owners are amazing hosts!!! They had already stocked the apartment with some basic groceries and bottled water — a nice perk for tired travelers! They picked me up from my previous lodgings, and gave me a ride to the airport on my last day. They checked train schedules and advised me on tourist sites — using Google Translate very capably! Wonderful hosts.

Very cozy and well equipped apartment with excellent location - close to historical monuments, fish market, bus station, and many restaurants and cafés. The hosts, Nicolleta and Franco, were super kind and helpful, and even gave us a lift from and to the airport. Would recommend this apartment to everyone.
