COZY APARTMENT - Relax e Vista Mare da Sogno

The apartment needs renovation, and the managers need training in customer service. The only good things about this apartment are its location and the view from the window. That is solid 10, but not for the rest.

All the furniture is worn out and old, and using some of the items was unpleasant — like the bathroom door or the nightstands by the bed. If you drop something behind a piece of furniture or under the bed — don’t pick it up. I could barely sleep after seeing the amount of dust and dirt. I understand those are hard-to-reach areas, but they clearly haven’t been cleaned in months. Now, a separate section for management. For a three-night stay, leaving just one shower gel and one shampoo for two people — that’s just laughable. And this stinginess doesn’t stop there. This was the only place in Italy (and we stayed in 7 different locations) where they didn’t provide any coffee. But the real cherry on top — there wasn’t even salt in the kitchen (not to mention sugar). To be honest, there were a lot of pans and kitchen appliances. That was good. Ever had to take out the trash yourself while on vacation? You will here. The instructions were unclear, the bins were locked, and we had to run around the neighborhood carrying trash bags until we finally found where to throw them out. Also would be nice to have clothespins in the apartment. Better before booking to ask in advance if all these issues have been resolved.

Loved the location and the view. Apartment was very clean and would love to stay here again.

The stairs are the worse part but it’s not that bad. My husband has an issue with his knee and he was able to climb the steps and make it work.

The location was very good.

The apartment was not clean or safe. The sheets were disgusting and had blood stains on them. The smell from them was horrific! There was dust and food on the surfaces. The windows and mirrors were covered in handprints and had smears and splashes on them. The balcony door would not lock which left us feeling very vulnerable. On entering the bathroom, we realised the window in the shower cubicle had no covering. The house facing the apartment would have a very clear view of you in the shower. This was another safety risk, leaving us feeling at risk and vulnerable, especially since the door wouldn't lock. The air conditioning is not throughout - only in the lounge. Not all of the stated facilities were available. We contacted the owner to state this, but no solution was given. Very unhelpful. It is on the fifth floor with no access to an elevator. The standard came as such a shock because the description, photos, and reviews made it seem wonderful. It certainly is not. Save your money and go to an equally priced hotel where safety and standards are maintained.

Perfekt views and modern clean space and also on the door step to swimming in the ocean and restaurants and ice cream bars on the ground floor. Super market is one straight line 5min / 10min walk away.

Some wall hooks on the bathroom wall to hang shower towels. Landlord was very easy to communicate with and check in was very easy and if you can’t figure out the self check in then you probably should stay at home for that summer, again very easy and having one key was not a problem at all to manage with all of us staying at the apartment. Bathroom has been newly renovated and any negative comments by others about this you can ignore as the issues have been fixed already. We have already pre-booked for 2 weeks next summer as our stay here was so good and just what we needed. Enjoy :)

Place of apartment is perfect, all you need is near. Apartment was really cozy and clean. Inside you can find all equipment like home. The view from windows is stunning.
