Mattress uncomfortable - cheap IKEA Lots of steps to climb although this was good exercise but no fun if you have several large suitcases. 10 flights of stairs to climb but you do have a spectacular view so not a negative more a case of being aware that the apartment is 5 stories up. For the amount of money paid I would have expected the cleaning service to be responsible for emptying bins on last day not the tenant

The stairs - we should have been told about 10 fights of stairs! As there was a severe storm the back door wasn’t secure and banged throughout the night

Well equipped and new kitchen, beautiful view, very good position in the city

Little and not too hygienic bathroom, 5th floor it is a little bit hard too move the baggages, spotty couch, parking is problem and expensive

Good location, within walking distance of the train station and restaurants at your doorstep. The shops are all nearby. Beautiful views from the flat

Not clear that the flat was on a 5th floor without elevator, not clear address, they ask to take out the garbage of the flat without informing where to put it ( they send me a location on Google maps but it seems that to throw the garbage there you need a special electronic card to open the garbage beens). Bed was noisy

Property is right on the edge of the waterfront with numerous restaurants nearby. I would say the major plus for this place is the location and has beautiful view of the waterfront and scenery thru the living room windows is amazing. I stayed for a couple of weeks at this property and I can say it was very comfortable with regard to actual stay itself as the property has a kitchen, washing machine etc.

No body tells you that the flat is on the 5th floor and if you have lots bags it is nightmare. The lock to flat is digitalised and it is a night mate to make it work even though staff says it works. we had multiple attempts and we had to just use the key and they give you only one key. If you are driving make sure you park in the near by public park which allows 24hrs parking. communication is only thru WhatsApp only so make sure you are connected to the internet.
