Location and cleanliness

The main problem is the hostess. She’s rude and arrogant. If, for any reason, it is necessary to interact with her urgently, do not expect a reply. We arrived at the time specified for self-check-in (2 pm), and as it was a sunny day (rain was forecast for the next two days), we waited for an hour, then called her to ask her to send us the local transport tickets, as mentioned in the advert. We did indeed call her twice more because time was running out, and we were missing our tours. The third time (it was already 4 pm and two hours had passed since our arrival), she simply hung up on us. Half an hour later, she turned up unannounced on the terrace. The advert does not clearly state that the terrace is not private; she lives downstairs and turns up whenever she likes without warning. That really made our stay unpleasant, as we felt uneasy the whole time, not knowing whether she might turn up again. Instead of mediating and seeking a solution in a friendly manner, she started telling us that she was not a ‘slave to the guests’ and that we should wait for her to return from shopping. She also pressured us to pay her a €150 deposit in cash (it’s not clear if this is legal, nor is it entirely clear in the advert). When we told her we were going to call Booking, she stopped insisting. We mentioned that the correct procedure was to pay a deposit via the platform, but she refused. In the end, she didn’t ask us for that money. The advert says it’s suitable for people with mobility difficulties, but that’s not really the case. There are stairs, and the entrance via the attic has wooden slats that you have to navigate around. There is no washing machine as advertised.

Schöne Raumaufteilung mit überdachtem Balkon. Alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche, in der man tatsächlich kochen kann. Sehr ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Heizung war abgeschaltet, auch im Bad, was die ersten zwei Tage dann doch kühl war. Für die normale Ausstattung an Handtüchern(2 große und 2 kleine für 5 Nächte)musste Bargeld in der Wohnung hinterlassen werden. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Zudecken leider etwas knapp bemessen (für Normalgrössen 170 cm)

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Sauberkeit, praktische Küchenzeile, Südtirol-Card für den öffentl. Verkehr inbegriffen, mein Zimmer/Appartment war noch schöner, als das, das ich bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt in den Appartments Leonardo hatte.

Sehr schöne, gut eingerichtete, ruhig und zentral gelegene Wohnung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Esperienza positiva da ogni punto di vista. La struttura si presenta accogliente, molto pulita e comoda, provvista di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno prolungato. Posizione ideale, in pieno centro, per muoversi in tranquillità e in pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e le vie turistiche della città. Indicazioni dettagliate da parte dell'host, per la gestione dell'ingresso e dei servizi in casa. Peccato soltanto non averla conosciuta. Infine il Guest Pass, compreso nel prezzo totale, è un valore aggiunto offerto dalla struttura che permette di muoverti gratuitamente su alcune linee di trasporto della regione.
