Location was amazing... suite was great! BUT....As mentioned in my correspondence to you, I was very disappointed at the extra costs that were added on. 43% MORE was added on because of these details added that were NOT in the listing. Electricity? Because of this... for the rest of my bookings, I went direct to hotel sites or used Airbnb! I did not see any mention (PRIOR to booking) of these costs: 28 Bed linens fee per stay € 10 Electricity fee per night € 40 Cleaning fee per stay € 12 Towel fee per stay So I ended up paying way more than I had expected for this location. (43% MORE just for these) It was beautiful, but I had a few other options in Bolzano that were NOT adding these costs on so my stay would have been much less cost. Out of a 20 day stay in italy, (Milan, Rome, Florence, Bologna) this was my most expensive location and certainly not the nicest- so no real reason for these added costs and I feel you need to put these in place so we know before booking we are paying for electricity and towels!!!! I definatelty would not have stayed!

Die Lage war optimal. Vom Hauptbahnhof nur ca. 10 min. zu Fuß. Bushaltestellen nur 3 min. entfernt. Die Altstadt gleich um die Ecke. Sehr viele Dinge in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war einfach perfekt.

La magnifique terrasse, la proximité de tous les marchés, restaurants, attractions, transports. La modernité de l’appart dans un coin historique.

Il y avait des travaux tout près mais…. Cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour.

Die Lage war perfekt. Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Die Sauberkeit.

Das hat natürlich auch immer mit einer Erwartungshaltung zu tun. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin hat es ein wenig übertrieben mit ihrer Fürsorglichkeit. Als Erwachsener ist man gut in der Lage zu wissen, wie man sich als Gast benimmt, was geht, oder was nicht geht. Weniger ist manchmal mehr. Was gar nicht okay war, ist, das die Heizung nicht individuell regelbar war! Gerade früh morgens möchte man es im Winter warm haben! Ob die Wohnung unbedingt designertechnisch ausgestattet sein muß, statt Standard, ist auch zu überlegen. Die Kaffeemaschine war ein billiges Plastikmodell, gerne etwas moderner, einfacher. Zugang zur Wohnung über Dachboden, mit Hindernissen, nicht so schön, aber machbar. Für große Menschen mit Obacht, da Dachschräge vorhanden.

Tutto molto pulito e nuovo, ben tenuto e in posizione centralissima.

Nulla di che. L’host non é simpaticissima ma risponde subito. Comunque mai vista.
