Da varanda que é enorme, com uma vista deslumbrante de cortar a respiração. Da Lucrezia que é inexcedível, uma simpatia, super disponível e prestável. Do apartamento super confortável para um casal e uma criança. Muito bem decorado, bem localizado.

Da ausência de uma máquina de lavar louça e do chuveiro que tem pouca pressão.

Lucrezia war eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt und war immer zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist nachts sehr ruhig. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bushaltestellen waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Highlight war die Terrasse. Hier konnte man den Tag beginnen und am Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung war sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet. Eine Auswahl Lebensmittel zur Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit waren vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir Wasser, eine Flasche Wein und eine große Tüte leckerer Kekse. Sehr aufmerksam!

Der Aufzug in den 8. Stock war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber da kann Lucrezia ja nichts dafür.

The apartment was amazing and perfect, it was super clean and comfortable, it offered all home comforts and smelled divine. The highlight of the property and what drew us to booking it, was the private terrace, it was a wow moment when we stepped out on to it, the view was stunning and it was furnished to a very high standard. There were also sun loungers, which we particularly enjoyed and another reason that sealed the booking for us, as we aren't able to go out for long periods of time. The terrace was private, adorned with plants and so quiet and peaceful, it was a pleasure to use it, no matter what time of day. Lucrezia, the owner, who met us to hand over the keys and show us around, was the most wonderful host, she spent time explaining everything to us. She lived next and was readily available to contact at any point during our stay and answered any questions we had. She offered us suggestions for where to eat and places of interest to visit, all of which we had asked her for information about. The apartment is on the 8th floor, but there is a much appreciated lift that takes you almost to the apartment door. The area we found to be really good, it was flat, which is good for those with less mobility and places to eat were not far from the apartment, we found the food was reasonably priced, both to eat in or takeaway and the portions were some of the largest we've had in Italy. It isn't far to reach the city centre, by bus is the easiest or you can walk there. Lucrezia will also give you suggestions, should you wish to visit other places of interest, she is such a lovely person and so proud of where she lives. Upon our arrival, she had left us items for breakfast, water and a welcome bottle of wine. She even made time to personally come and say goodbye to us before we left. This apartment was an excellent choice for us, which exceeded our expectations and a place we hope to revisit again. Grazie mille Lucrezia

The terrace and view were amazing. Definitely the highlight. We went with our 2 year old and the accommodation even had toys for children. The kitchen was good to use for some simple dishes. The public transport is easily accessible and there is a good parking garage right across the street. The host was very nice and helpful as well.

We couldn't find any other AC power outlet(socket) other than in the kitchen, making charging our laptop a bit of a hassle. That's all. For some reason our cable didn't fit in the other outlets.

Lucrezia was a lovely host with good communication. Very safe and secure building. No traffic noise. Very comfortable bed and the terrace is stunning! Location is very convenient for the bus to the historic centre and with good amenities locally.

Although there was a washing machine, we were advised it had a potential leak, so we didn't use it.

Amazing view from the terrace, the whole apartment was very clean. The owner was extremely nice and helpful.

Stunning view, the place was extremely clean and well equipped. The host was really accommodating, she even arranged a private driver for one of our excursions, and checked in with us throughout our trip.
