Apartament is equipped in everything you need, location is good and price is fair for such quality, but this view... The balcony itself is a reson for the highest ranking. Amazing view on Palermo, large space, peace and quiet makes it perfect spot for resting. We were even visited by parrots once! It's worth adding that Lucrezia is a very friendly and helpful host. We would love to rent this place again if we visited Palermo.

Gebil Grin is a wonderful apartment, spotlessly clean and lovingly looked after by the amazing Lucrezia, who is on hand to help you out at any time with local recommendations. We had a fabulous week staying in the beating heart of Palermo. We walked into the centre most days and enjoyed the Sicilan food, arancini, pasta, pizza, fresh seafood! The local sights were brilliant, Teatro Massimo, Quatro Canti, the Cathedral, to name but a few. The weather was beautiful, hot and sunny most days, and a few dramatic thunderstorms at night which we enjoyedwatching from the 8th floor balcony! . The wrap around balcony overlooking the golf course, tennis courts and stadium has the beautiful back drop of Monte Pelligrino, we spent many hours in the evening enjoying tlhe wonderful view! Thank you Lucrezia and Gebil Grin for an outstanding introduction to Palermo.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay, we loved it! On a general note, just be careful crossing the roads in Palermo, it took us a while to get confident crossing very busy roads. Also make sure you take insect repellent with you, as we ended up with lots of mosquito bites, but these things are minor in what was a fabulous introduction to Sicily and Palermo! Thanks so much, Lucrezia and Palermo for a fantastic stay!

It was just the perfect apartment with a dream-balcony. Lots of beautiful plants, the most amazing view and very calm! Lucrezia is a very kind and lovely person and always helpful. There was absolutely no negative point regarding this accomodation. :)

Air conditioning is not working very well

Everything was perfect! Just perfect. The apartment itself is very well placed. Close enough to the centre of Palermo (an easy walk or an easier bus ride) but far enough away to be quiet. The apartment is perfect for two, well laid out, very well equipped and very nicely decorated. And then there is the terrace! This is beyond amazing! We spent all of our spare time here, and actually made time to be here. The L shaped terrace gets the sunrise and the sunset, can give you lots of sun, but also plenty of shade. The view from here is breathtaking! The host is also perfect! She cares that you enjoy here apartment and she really wants you to relax and love it as she obviously does. There are not enough good words to describe our week here.

Nothing! The only downside was when we had to leave!

The host was very easy to deal with. The apartment is in a great location. The terrace is exceptional.
