"Great Stay in Palermo"

Central location to all places of interest. Immaculate accommodation and lots of treats for us to enjoy. Host was fantastic and on hand to help out with all our needs. Only a 12 minute walk to all main sights. Some great restaurants nearby great value. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this fantastic City.

The entrance to the building is located in a small alley, which does look a bit scary. Also, sometimes drivers couldn't get into those narrow streets so you might need to walk a couple of minutes for the ride. The design of the bathroom is a bit awkward. Every time you take a shower, the water will be all over the floor. No way to really avoid it no matter how careful you are. You need to carry luggage for one floor, no elevator.

The apartment was close to many historic sights and eateries.

The breakfast was not as described and did not meet the expectations presented by Booking.com. The apartment was not light and pleasant as it appeared to be in the photographs - was quite dim and enclosed due to its location in a dark, narrow alleyway in an extremely old and neglected apartment block. The stairs had broken edges. The toilet seat was not attached and no attempt was made to fix it. The television couldn't be set to appropriate programmes and language during the stay - the host did not assist with this. Insufficient towels for length of stay.
