Host was very nice, letting us make an early check-in. Some interiors are renovated, and heating system works decently. Host responded always promptly, but it felt weird that I had to pay directly to him upon arrival (rather than usually paying to booking.com).

Located in a run-down unsafe building. Though renovated, why in such an unattractive building. Towels seem some years old, sofa with bad odor. Should have read others' reviews - "breakfast included" should be changed honestly to "snacks only" (if you anticipate a dining room where many guests come for fresh breakfast, you will be disappointed, because those snacks are stacked up on the kitchen table and that's it). Instead of putting tens of packaged breads and jellies (can't tell expiration dates), be selective and put fewer but "fresh" items, as well as better towels, and the place can be much more inviting and hospitable. Or rather, please do not provide breakfast and instead give more discount for stay.

A well appointed apartment in a historical building and neighborhood, it was larger than we expected and quite private. It felt like a hidden oasis inside a bustling city. The host was extremely clear about how to check in, and gave us some great dinner suggestions too!

Parking in the neighborhood can be very tricky, but this is an otherwise great apartment.

I really liked the apartment. It had everything you might need. Communication with the host was excellent. Even recommended restaurants, apartment in historic old town. Places of interest very near by. In the heart of a very bustling city.

The best host i ever had. Very helpful and carrying person. He gave us a lot of food for breakfast. He offered early check in without any problems. Before arrival he was contacting us few times to make sure if we don’t need need any additional help. Amazing person! The same I can tell about apartament, spacious, clean, and in very good location in centro storico, and just few steps away from Palermo main railway station. Everything was perfect. Giu thank you for amazing experience and see you soon I hope!
