Location and that in the flat there are 3 air conditioners, all 3 are working properly. The sheets and towels were clean. The flat is quite spacious, especially for 2 people only, and there is an elevator in the building.

Really not worth the money, especially für die DACH-Region nicht empfehlenswert - sie schicken ein Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben, was sicherstellt, dass diese Firma für die Beschädigungen und Sauberkeit nicht zuständig ist. So the dust everywhere, the limescale in the shower, the black mold on the top of the shower and the dirt on the couch could only be removed by a very deep clean. As the light was not working in the bathroom the personnel said "oh yeah, it is fine, we know about it", where I think the right reaction would be to bring a new lightbulb on the same day, it does not cost anything. The company wants to maximise the profit, but a weekly or bi-weekly deep clean would not cost that much, and the current state of the flat is really poor, they have to take way more care of it. It could be a great accommodation, but at the moment we can't recommend, it is really run down.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, a 2 min walk to piazza Il campo. Lots of restaurants around to choose from. You can walk everywhere. Comfortable bed, small bathroom. We did not experience noise from outside, did here the bell tower chimes which were not too loud ( we did keep windows closed as there are lots of pigeons around)

The bathroom was not clean, there were hairs in the shower from previous guests, they were not in the drain they were on the shower floor. No directions on how to use the washing machine but through google we got it started! As with all other reviews I read before booking this place there was no shower gel or shampoo and ONE single toilet roll. Place needs a good cleaning.
